The City Bin Co. is recruiting an ambitious HR professional to attract and to hire our frontline crews - drivers and helpers. As a result of continued growth, this opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven individual to develop in our Dublin office.

This role is based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic people person
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
  • Experience working in a service environment
  • Target driven, self-motivated and a will to succeed
  • Excellent communication and IT skills are essential
  • Good organisational, administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work within the service delivery team and identify key areas for improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the ATS to review candidates, assess skills and arrange interview appointments
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job board account managers
  • Identify potential and liaise with service delivery supervisors to fill required roles
  • Perform various tasks involved in the hiring process including training records, payroll information and the onboarding of new staff members
  • Quality conscious- Delivering accuracy and precision in work products; mindful of technical requirements, rules, and standards.
  • Attending weekly meetings, compiling data and excellent administrative skills.

They make decisions with service delivery in mind and build strong relationships (internal / external) to advance our presence in the industry, increase staff retention and develop the skills of our existing team members.

To be responsible for the resourcing function of our frontline employees in both Dublin and Galway. Finding innovative ways to attract and recruit the right people who will deliver amazing customer experiences and working collaboratively within service delivery to ensure we exceed at onboarding, training, and engaging our staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Service Delivery, Sales and Marketing teams to attract the right people to the fast-paced Waste Industry environment.

They adjust effectively to new work demands, processes, structures, and cultures. Shows a keen ambition, exceeds goals and pushes themselves to succeed.
