One of Ireland's most recognised brands in the Irish services sector is currently recruiting for a B2B Field Sales Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for any individual looking to start their career in sales. All training for this entry level position provided by experienced sales personnel.

We will develop the successful candidate in all aspects of customer service, sales and marketing enabling the candidate to progress within our organisation.

The City Bin Co., an award-winning company, provide waste & recycling collection services to business and household customers. The company is a 5-time winner of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Company' award and have recently been named 'Generation Apprenticeship, Employer of the Year 2021'.

As a result of continued growth, this opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven individual to develop in our Commercial and Industrial business.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Target driven, self-motivated and a will to succeed
  • Excellent communication and IT skills are essential
  • Good organisational and time management skills and a good geographical knowledge of Dublin.
  • Ability to work within a successful sales process and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Working effectively with Customer Services, Marketing and Service Delivery
  • Full clean Irish Driver's licence

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new potential customers via lead generation
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction working closely with service delivery
  • Develop relationships with existing customers via site visits and deliveries
  • Perform various tasks involved in the sales process including cold calling and deliveries
  • Desk based research, attending weekly sales meetings, compiling data and utilising excellent administrative skills

The right person for this role is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. They are aware of customer needs, make decisions with the customer in mind and build strong customer relationships (internal / external).

They adjust effectively to new work demands, processes, structures, and cultures. Shows a keen ambition, exceeds goals and pushes themselves to succeed.
