The City Bin Co. is recruiting an experienced Service Delivery (Operations) Supervisor, to lead crews and ensure they deliver amazing customer service. The successful individual will thrive in a fast-moving environment, have a customer service ethos, and will have previous experience in managing frontline workers.

The role requires someone with strong technical, communications and leadership skills to identify top performers that will enhance our ability to meet high standards within our household and commercial business streams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment.

As a result of continued growth, this opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven individual to develop in our Dublin office.

This role is based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ management experience, managing a fleet and crews
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills and a high attention to detail
  • A good geographical knowledge of Dublin
  • Logistics or Management qualification is desirable
  • Ability to work within the service delivery team and identify key areas for improvement


  • Utilising in house systems to manage delivery of services across Dublin
  • Effective communication and management of the drivers and general operatives who make up the frontline crews
  • Perform various tasks involved in the operations process including scheduling, logistics and customer service communications
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Recruitment departments
  • Attending weekly meetings, compiling data and carrying out staff performance reviews

They make decisions with service delivery in mind and build strong relationships (internal / external) to advance our presence in the industry, increase staff retention and develop the skills of our existing team members.

Working collaboratively within service delivery to ensure we exceed at onboarding, training, and engaging our staff.

They adjust effectively to new work demands, processes, structures, and cultures. Shows a keen ambition, exceeds goals and pushes themselves to succeed.
